Shipping policy

We currently ship to Canada only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order across Canada. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern time on a business day (Monday to Friday) are prepared and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 4 to 8 business days after dispatch. The product page shows an estimated delivery date before you order. These are estimates, not guarantees: carrier delays can happen, especially during holidays or bad weather.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will help you sort it out.

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
